1. Are you licensed by ASIC to give me advice?

2. (if Yes) Looking at my needs do you think you have the expertise to help me?

3. (If Yes) If you think I need to change any investment, super or insurance holding are you going to explain why?

4. Are you going to put my interests first and not allow any conflict or benefit to you to get in the way?

5. Have you sought an independent assessment by MyAdviceCheck? If not, why not?
